While on a case Detective Donovan McCarthy sticks his nose where it doesn't belong. He finds that he is in way over his head when he goes after the biggest company in Halcyon City. Blanc Industries is prepared to do anything to make the detective's life miserable, while Donovan tries to stop them from hurting anyone else.
