SUMMARY: This is the story of how Rudolph actually got his red nose.
Rudolph The Red-Nosed Reindeer
Had a very bulbous nose
And if you ever saw it,
You would even say it glows.
All of the other reindeer
Used to call him "drunken sot".
They never left poor Rudolph
Any coffee in the pot.
Then one foggy Christmas Eve,
Santa came to say,
"Rudolph, with your nose so lit,
To fly tonight, you are not fit."
Oh, how the reindeer laughed hard
As he stumbled to the bar.
"Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer,
You're lucky home's not far."
Alternate Ending:
Oh, how the reindeer laughed hard
As he shouted out, “WHOOPEE!”
Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer,
You'll go down in infamy.
